Match details for tonight

14 March 2017

Summary of arrangements for all-ticket game

AFC Wimbledon are in League One match action later today against Milton Keynes (7.45 pm kick-off) and we remind supporters that this game is all-ticket and therefore no tickets will be on sale tonight at the turnstiles.

Below is a summary of match arrangements for the game:

Season Ticket holders

There will be no upgrades available to Season Ticket holders on the night. ST holders must remember to bring their books with them to gain entry to Jack Goodchild Way and the ground. As mentioned on the official website yesterday, we will not be issuing replacement tickets on the night of the game.

Banners and flags

As a result of the issues at the game against Charlton Athletic, the club announced recently that any supporter wishing to bring a flag or banner into the ground for tonight’s game must inform us first.

Those wishing to do so must e-mail the Club Secretary atsecretary@afcwimbledon.co.ukwith details confirming the size of the flag/banner and the message. The flag must be shown to the stewards at the Chemflow End of the ground between 6.15 pm and 7.15 pm, before it will be allowed into the ground. For this match, it will not be possible to bring flags/banners in early prior to the ground opening.

Ticket checks

Supporters already with tickets will be asked to show them as they approach Jack Goodchild Way tonight. For those collecting tickets at the club, we have put together a list of all people due to attend and you will be asked for your name as you enter Jack Goodchild Way.

Programme

Packed with news, features, and interviews, tonight’s match programme is well worth a read, priced at £3. The subject of our first-team player interview is Dean Parrett, who talks about his last-minute decision to join AFC Wimbledon, rather than accept an offer than meant a lot to him from elsewhere. There’s also an interesting feature on AFC Wimbledon’s current top-10 appearance holders.

Bars

These will be open from 5.00 pm tonight for home fans only. We are unable to admit Milton Keynes supporters into the bar areas.

We will be serving the following drinks in the main Bar and the back bar:

Plough Lane Ale

Wimbledon Tower

Wimbledon Common

The Champions League match between Leicester City and Sevilla will be shown in the bars.

Parking

As per usual, parking is on a first-come, first served basis, and supporters should arrive early if they wish to park. You will be asked to show your tickets before being allowed to enter the car park.

Fleetwood tickets

AFC Wimbledon’s next away game is at Fleetwood Town on Saturday and you can buy tickets for this match before tonight’s match from the complimentary tickets window. They will also be available to buy for around 20 minutes after the game from the same place. You can also book a place on the supporters’ coach.
